Common Sense

This is from the recent workshop with the Teacher:
We all know the five senses: sight, touch, taste, hearing and smelling. The world is known to us through these senses. Then there is a sixth sense. It has many names, but we can refer to it as intuition, insight, or just another way of knowing. What about the seventh sense? Is there one? What is it? Common Sense– aha!
To me, this is the most important sense. We use our common sense to put all the other senses to good use. Sometimes, we just call it being practical or grounded. We may take in lots of information through the stimuli of various senses, and those of you are very open to input can sometimes get overwhelmed or confused. Use common sense to sort out and simplify so you use only what you need and leave the rest. Don’t make it complicated.
