Bones of Life
a wishbone, a back bone, and a funny bone.

Wishbone: Dream for good things in your life, hold a vision of yourself as your best self, and imagine how it can work.
- Backbone: Do the things you need to do to make it happen. Include in your life the activities and people who strengthen and help you. Move away from the activities and people who pull at you. Create a lifestyle to support you as that amazing version of yourself you wished for.
- Funnybone: Have fun doing it. Laugh with your friends. Enjoy the beautiful weather and the fun times. It can’t be that good if it isn’t fun. Be happy along the way.
