Things from the past can’t be changed, but they can haunt you and leave many of you sad or depressed. These unhealed areas still hold power over many situations today. Take the time to understand your past in order to transform it.
Spinning your thoughts out to a future, which by definition can’t be predicted or controlled, can lead to anxiety. This is a lack of faith in your own ability to handle whatever may arise. You know you don’t control what arrives in life, you only control your attitude.
Life right here, today, this moment, is all you can handle. Be careful to face today without the issues from the past or the worry of the future. Without all the stuff behind you and all the stuff coming toward you, life can be much simpler. Simpler is always easier, allowing the inner self to relax and find peace.
